On October 1, 2026, the first residents of Marlow by Fitzrovia received their keys and moved into the Central Tower at 15 Assembly Lane, near Bloor Street West and Dufferin Street in Toronto. Move-in day marks the moment Marlow stopped being a building under construction and became a home.
From the first key handoff in the morning, our concierge team welcomed new residents through the lobby, up to their suites and into a community designed around hospitality. The Central Tower is the first of Marlow's residences to open its doors, and day one is officially here.
A new chapter for Bloor and Dufferin
Marlow is a purpose-built rental community at the heart of Bloordale Village. It brings new rental homes, resident amenities and a full-time service team to one of Toronto's most connected west-end intersections. The National Post has described Marlow as "real city-building" at Bloor and Dufferin.
Inside the five-star check-in
Every new Marlow resident was welcomed with a hotel-style arrival, from the lobby to the suite door. We wanted the first day in a new home to feel like checking into a favourite hotel, not signing a lease.
A "Welcome Home" in the lobby
Residents arrived to a custom balloon installation in Marlow's signature palette of forest green, coral, sand and sky blue. It set the tone for a day that was about celebration as much as keys.
Suite doors wrapped in gold
Each suite door was tied with a custom gold ribbon printed with The Collection by Fitzrovia mark. Untying it became the first act of moving in.
Small touches inside the suite
A curated welcome gift waited inside, along with a handwritten note from the Marlow team. Monogrammed hand towels and premium bath amenities were set out in each bathroom.
Refreshments in the Lobby Lounge
The Lobby Lounge was set with fresh florals and chilled refreshments, giving residents a place to pause between elevator trips and meet their new neighbours.
