New perk for the people who work right across the street.
TORONTO – Dufferin Mall employees can now get an extra $500 rent credit when they sign a new lease at Marlow by Fitzrovia, the new rental community at Bloor and Dufferin.
The credit comes on top of Marlow's current leasing offer. For mall staff, it means a shorter commute and more money back in their pocket.
Marlow opened for move-ins in October 2026. Residents get pools, a spa, a fitness centre and free gigabit internet, all steps from Dufferin Station.
How to claim it: Book a tour at marlowlife.ca and bring proof that you work at Dufferin Mall, such as a pay stub or staff ID.
